You may have your product delivered to your home via our shipping company ( DHL / Egyptian post).
We deliver orders on normal business days, which are Sunday through Thursday excluding Egyptian national holidays.
If you have any special requests or need your shipment sent out faster, please let me know.
accurate order information such as billing or shipping addresses may result in delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. The customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges. The artist may sometimes offer free shipping offers.
We currently do not offer international returns or exchanges.

All import duties and local charges payable in the recipient’s country, are to be paid in full by the recipient. Refunds will not be provided, where the recipient has failed or refuses to pay all import duties and local charges in the recipient’s country.
our product will be ship to customer out side Egypt without a frame. It will be wrapped in a form of a roll. Rolled Canvas sent with 2 inches border for framing.
If customer outside Egypt want the product to be framed it will take up to a month and a half to finish. the customer will have to pay for the delivery fees, Customs fees and any additional fees.
I take every step to ensure the image is as accurate as possible to the original painting. However variations in colour may occur due to differences in viewing devices.
